Holiday Rental Description

Located in the hills above Forte dei Marmi, this home has a wonderful view of the sea. On a clear day, you can see as far as La Spezia and Livorno, as well as the islands of Tinetto, La Gorgona and Elba. You can enjoy the vistas from the jacuzzi and fenced garden or the bedroom’s balcony. The open-plan living space has a kitchenette and a wood burner (this room also sleeps guests three and four). If you want to leave this cosy place and explore, the sandy beaches, chic boutiques and restaurants of Forte dei Marmi are a short drive away.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The kitchenette has a small oven, and there's an electric barbecue in the garden.
*Wood is provided for the log burner.
*The bathroom is on the ground floor.
*There's a spiral staircase to the bedroom.
*The garden has a 1 metre-high fence surrounding it. It's terraced and the garden is on several levels.
