Locazione turistica Selvapiana Greve in Chianti, Tuscany

The spacious accommodation was very clean and extremely well equipped. Externally the pleasant garden was well maintained with plenty of garden furniture and bbq and pleasant views over the neighbouring vineyards. Our host, M. was very friendly and the location of the accommodation was ideally situated for local amenities in Greve.

Very nice apartment, SUPER nice landlord, but unfortunately a dog kennel with 6 dogs in the immediate vicinity, who constantly bark in unison in the evening when the children are going to bed.

I recommend this charming house, in perfect condition, clean and well equipped. The owner is attentive, caring and responded positively to all our requests. However, we had two bad surprises: 1/Interhome tried to make us pay for gas even though it was clearly stated on our Booking reservation that everything was included. 2/The house is located 50 meters above a gas station which is (deliberately?) not shown in the photos.

Property met the description on the site. Friendly welcome by owner Massimo. Everything was spotlessly in order and clean. More than enough household goods, even down to the coffee capsules for the espresso machine. We enjoyed.

Beautiful well equipped house with beautiful pool and garden.

The accommodation is easily accessible by car, the city of Greve/centre is only 5 minutes away by car. The house has a spacious living room, both bathrooms are clean, the landlord is very helpful and nice. Unfortunately no WiFi. Otherwise a really good place to stay.

The house is very comfortable, although we have been outside a lot. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing and dishwasher). Due to the thick walls and small windows, it remains reasonably cool inside and a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The manager is a very friendly and helpful man. The pool is the icing on the cake, considering the temperatures. The town itself is lovely. The cities of Siena and Florence are beautiful.
