Clean, somewhat dated house, quiet area. Equipped with many conveniences, partly modernized. Communication with the manager was pleasant. The small spiral staircase takes some getting used to and attention. Beds a bit hard (of course a matter of preference), but mattresses are not old. Sofa bed in the living room. In 10 minutes on asphalt mountain road to the top (hairpin bends). 30m access road to house very steep, difficult to drive. Then walk 50 meters up (!) Affordable shop: Eurospin in Querceta or div Conad

Very good overall impression only the parking lot was very difficult to bring our suitcases into the house otherwise everything was good except the communication with the Eugentümerin

A very nice house. A little old, but totally comfortable. The facilities were very good. Everything was there. Kitchen with top gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. everything you need for cooking. Living room with Smart TV, fast WiFi, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Grill outside (could be a bit bigger), a large terrace with marble table, deck chairs, etc. The view from the terrace is simply amazing. The mountains to the right and left.
