L'Aia

We spent two lovely weeks in the holiday home L'Aia. We particularly liked the pool, the cleanliness of the house and the friendliness of the hosts.

The kitchen lacked basic utensils (e.g. salad bowl, microwave-safe dishes, thermos flask, measuring cup, too few garbage bags), only Italian TV available, no mosquito protection on windows in the house, access hardly possible for larger cars, waste separation problematic, chairs in the arbor too small for the table, some strange dogs on the property, own dogs do not have a fenced area, pool water milky at the end of the holiday, hostess very friendly, but no English

You can enjoy the days and evenings on the terrace with a view of the garden and the mountains. The sea is not far away and there are beautiful hikes in the area.

We were very happy with the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. The house is in a good location, it is quiet and you have everything to yourself. Everything was very well maintained, great garden, large path, the pool was not yet in use (as we were there out of season) as an alternative we had a whirlpool and sauna available. The beach is only a few kilometers from the house. The road to the house is very steep and winding as the house is on the mountain. Everything was great

unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. Otherwise beautiful facility!

The location was wonderful, the house and the rooms were very nice, the landlords were very friendly. The kitchen equipment was not perfect but sufficient to improvise.

There were many little things that bothered us. Oven, toaster, toilet seat, toilet brush and WLAN defective. No fly screens on the windows so they couldn't be opened at night because of the mosquitoes. Only three sunbeds and one umbrella for four people. The pool is more of a plunge pool measuring 2x4mx1.10m. In addition, the pool is neglected and a good distance from the house. You always have to get past the landlords who live on the property. Additional costs plentiful.

Nice view, nice garden. Peace! Owners pleasant. Road there: 1st time to get used to it, but good asphalt and doable with a small rental car. Village and surroundings beautiful!

Relaxing holiday ... excellent hosts .... beautiful house ... a little less the road to reach it .... immersed in the tranquility of nature

Great house, great surroundings, very nice landlords who live on the property.

It's an uncomplicated house. The landlords are very pleasant. The area is beautiful.
