Holiday Rental Description

Set within a private estate, this eco home looks out across a lake surrounded by woodland. The style is modern farmhouse, with earthy tones, wood-panelled walls and big windows framing countryside views, while two living rooms offer plenty of space to spread out. Furry friends are very welcome here too, with a handy boot room for drying muddy paws and storing wellies after a long walk through the Mendip Hills. When you fancy a change of scene, Bath is just a thirty-minute drive away.

*While the fifth bedroom and bathroom aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and other baby essentials for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from one cupboard which is used to store the owners' personal belongings.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay. *The roof terrace is not currently available for guest use.
*There's parking for two cars at the house while two additional cars can be parked at the estate reception.
*Construction work is ongoing on the wider estate around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
*As the estate is a former quarry, paths may be uneven or muddy – we recommend bringing wellies or sturdy shoes.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
