A somewhat dated large house located in a beautiful setting. The welcome is more than warm. A nice swimming pool is somewhat overshadowed by some dilapidated 1970s buildings. The garden is little or not maintained. A beautiful plot with fantastic views. The privacy is excellent. The electricity was not cheap.

Lovely place! We spent a wonderful week Thanks to the big house, very well organized in space and clean! The outdoor area offers multiple possibilities to sit for lunch, read, alone but also in company ... immersed in the typical Umbrian nature. Time has flown! All 6 were also enchanted by the kindness of the owner and caretakers

We spent 3 nights in this villa and we were very satisfied from every point of view Spacious, clean, functioning swimming pool, house found in excellent condition; well-kept garden despite its size. The presence of the barbecue is also very welcome. What can I say .. Thanks for this relaxing and pleasant experience

With a little maintenance, a good cleaning and a small investment in new beds, furniture and garden chairs, it could be a prime location.

the pool was certainly tip-top, the floor was very neat everywhere but the rest left something to be desired. ,00 € but despite the owner's promise to deliver these (especially the towels) at the end of the first week, these were only available on the 2nd Monday! inkijk.Het house itself is fine, but the cleaning really leaves much to be desired! It's a shame, because in itself it has a quiet location with very nice and large swimming pool.Ondanks the poor hygiene it was a nice holiday with supermarket and nice restaurant nearby. A thorough cleaning would make it a much more pleasant stay!!
