Nestled against one of the many rolling hills of southern Umbria, this villa will scratch that itch for a rural Italian escape. You’ll feel the rustic atmosphere as soon as you walk in, with original wooden beams, exposed stone and brick archways all making an appearance inside – and although the decor may be a bit sparse to some, there's plenty of space for everyone. Outside, it’s the ideal place for sun-worshippers – the private pool and chill-out area speak for themselves, both commanding great views of the surrounding countryside. Location wise, it’s a scenic drive away from Todi, a quaint village prized for its well-preserved medieval architecture.

*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on an extra single bed in the main bedroom. You'll need to let your host know in advance if you'd like to use this bed.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking available on-site.
