This villa is so close to Todi that you can see the spires of the Santa Maria della Consolazione on the horizon – yet the surrounding olive groves and fruit trees offer peaceful seclusion. The outdoor space provides plenty of options for relaxation – and whether you choose a floating chair in the pool, the shady lounge area, or the private sunroof, you can admire panoramic country views. In the evening, pick fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden and cook up homemade pizzas in the outdoor oven – little ones will love choosing their toppings (if they're not distracted by the garden games). Alternatively, savour traditional cuisine at a local restaurant in Todi.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Please note that access to the home is via a partly unpaved road.
*Bedrooms three and four share one bathroom. These bedrooms can be arranged as king or twin rooms on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, a high chair, and a baby changing mat for free. You'll need to request them in advance. Please note that the saltwater swimming pool is unfenced, and children should be supervised at all times.
*Well-behaved pets may be welcome to join you upon request.
