Nestled within rolling hills and vineyards, this villa offers a true taste of the Umbrian lifestyle. Once a small hotel, it may not be the most characterful of homes, but we expect you'll be spending most of your time outdoors. Here, carefree days are spent lounging by the pool or dining beneath the shaded canopy while the children play snooker or explore the playground. Location-wise, you're less than ten minutes from the historic town of Todi, forty-five minutes from Umbria airport and two hours from Rome.

*The owners live on-site in a separate house, located on the other side of the swimming pool.
*This home was purpose-built for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between mid April and the end of September.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking.
