Nestled in the charming village of Settignano, surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, this Tuscan home is a true retreat. Inside, rustic charm abounds with exposed beams, Persian rugs, and dark wood furnishings. The bedrooms are bright and breezy, with two opening directly onto the gardens. Stretch out by the shared swimming pool, sample the estate’s home-produced olive oil, and wander the lush grounds, with views of the Duomo in the distance. Settignano itself is steeped in artistic heritage, once home to stonecutters and sculptors, but when you're in the mood for more, the bus whisks you into the centre of Florence in less than thirty minutes.

Home truths:
*The swimming pool is only available for use between mid May and mid September, between the hours of 8am and 8pm. It is shared with the estate's other guests.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free on-site parking.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There are a few loveable animals living on the property whom you might encounter from time to time.
*Be sure to ask to taste the host’s own freshly pressed olive oil, produced on the estate.
