Located just 6 miles from popular Florence, this farmhouse boasts views of the city and the surrounding hills. You’ve got over 5 hectares of private land to enjoy here, which includes a garden – complete with comfy seating spots, an alfresco dining terrace, and a loggia – as well as an olive grove. While the small private pool may not be big enough to swim in, you can still enjoy a dip to cool off from the Italian sun. It’s worth noting that at full occupancy, half the guests will be sleeping on sofa beds. If that’s not a dealbreaker, we think this countryside home is a great base from which to explore Florence and beyond.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two sofa beds – there is one in each of the two living areas.
*The second bedroom is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited. The ceiling in some areas of the mezzanine is on the low side – it might not be suitable for taller guests.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
*This home doesn’t accept groups of young people under the age of 25.
*Free onsite parking for two cars is available at this home. This can be increased to four cars upon request.
