So close to Florence you can see it (and drive there in fifteen minutes), yet nicely nestled in the peaceful hills above the city, this elegant villa is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Sleeping up to sixteen guests, it’s perfectly designed for a big family holiday or group getaway, with expansive gardens and lofty rooms that offer lots of space to stretch out. You’ll love the picturesque swimming pools (one private, one shared with the neighbouring apartments), the views across the Arno Valley, and the unique charm of this period home. You’ll also love staying in the sleepy village of Settignano, where you’ll find a handful of restaurants and a bar, giving you a taste of local Tuscan life.

*While the home can sleep up to eighteen people, the maximum occupancy is sixteen guests.
*While not all of the rooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Most of the bedrooms can be arranged as either a double or a twin – just let your host know in advance the setup you'd prefer.
*There are two swimming pools – one private, and one which is shared with the neighbouring apartments. The pools are only available for use between June and September.
*The swimming pools aren't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.

*There’s ample parking on the driveway.
