great location with ditto view. An oasis of peace, near wine village Scanzano. Nice and helpful guidance, all agreements are followed. One downside: cumbersome way for WiFi connection, which also drops out every 5 minutes. Really do something about it!

the house is beautifully situated and wonderfully quiet. However, hardly any destination can be reached on foot. The nearest beach is about 30 km away. There are many very beautiful old towns in the vicinity. A visit to the Therme Saturnia is recommended. Overall something for people who are interested in peace and culture.

Since the heat is stronger on the upper floor, the room has to be ventilated at night. This means that animals can also get into the room. That's why it would be nice if at least one window could be fitted with a fly screen. Please think of clothes hooks, as there are none.

In this house you will find total relaxation from everyday life. Anyone who likes the peace and quiet is in good hands here.

Far away from any everyday stress is this island of calm for the nerves. Idyllically located, we always had the feeling of being alone in a huge, well-kept park, far away from any civilization. The building with the terrace is a real eye-catcher, just having breakfast is endless fun. But if you wanted to go to the beach every day, this is only possible with a 30km drive (about 45 minutes), which is important for "beach-goers" to consider.

A great, quiet natural stone house that leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen, living area, bathroom are very well equipped. The terrace offers both sunny and shady places and a view to the sea. Only the stability of the WiFi was not really good, despite the best efforts of the manager and owner. If you don't need it, that's not a problem either. In any case, we have not regretted the booking for a minute and would love to spend our vacation there again.

Very charming cottage in a wonderful location. Nice contact with the landlords and especially with ..., the wonderful house manager! W-Lan didn't work, but according to the landlord it was a general problem in the area at the time of our trip. Not too bad either - if you are allowed to linger in this beautiful landscape, you do not need the Internet!
