We had a relaxing holiday. The holiday home is as described, rustic, quietly located, the kitchen and all rooms are functional and adequately furnished (crockery, cutlery, etc.). However, there are only chairs to sit on. We contacted the manager with the request for 2 relaxation chairs or patio chairs with cushions or similar, this request was immediately met and 2 such comfortable patio chairs were brought. The manager only speaks Italian.

A beautiful house, clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool was very clean and was cleaned every morning. We really enjoyed the silence and nature. There were lots of songbirds around us and a turtle in the garden - very nice. However, all the clothes that were stored in the dresser in the bedroom smelled really musty. But it was a very nice holiday, absolutely recommended.

This accommodation was simply brilliant. Beautiful, quiet location. Facilities were completely adequate. Pool always clean (cleaned every morning). Telephone reception was also very good. The landlord only speaks Italian, which seems difficult as a German speaker but is not impossible. You just have to adapt ;). Somehow everything works. The table football was just brilliant. The only problem were the mattresses. Two of them are saggy.

The house is quiet and idyllic, totally off the beaten track in a hilly olive plantation. There are more houses in Polveraia (small town) a few km away. However, there is no restaurant and no shop. All this can be reached in about 20-25 minutes driving time. Nice landlord, but only understands Italian. Nice house and pool, but with the usual, not always reliable electricity and water supply in the south. Recommended for all peace seekers

We were there last week. It was very nice, especially the view. No neighbors in sight. The pool is cleaned early in the morning every day. Attention: bumpy and sometimes steep drive to the accommodation - no lowered cars! The kids had a lot of fun chasing the lizards. For us, Scansano was out of the question as a place to shop, so we always had to drive to Grossetto (about 25 km). People who like to go shopping often should be aware of this.

Beautifully located holiday home with everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday. Very quiet in the middle of olive groves and diverse nature! Despite little knowledge of Italian (on our part) and corona restrictions: very friendly reception and absolutely smooth process. The ford down in the valley was easily passable.

Very good accommodation. Clean and orderly. The pool is cleaned daily. The house has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, washing machine, even a table football is on the terrace. We were already the second time there and will do it again.

Wonderful accommodation, perfect pool, which was cleaned every day, everything was there, the grill, the washing machine, fly screens on the windows, .. can only be recommended and you live in a natural paradise. Somewhat adventurous journey and a few km to the next shopping. Italian language skills would be an advantage. Great vacation !!!

Super neat! Absolutely calm! A dream! The landlord comes daily at about 7.00 a.m. to care for and water the pool.
