A very nice house, functionally equipped. A nice bathroom with plenty of storage space. The terrace is fantastic, the view simply stunning. The access road is a bit of an adventure, though! Otherwise, absolutely recommended. Excellent value for money! Communication with the landlord was excellent via Google Translate and in English with L. Frau. It's a 10-minute drive to Scansano. We look back on this vacation with great fondness.

All rooms are well-equipped, except for the dishes and cutlery. Even if you don't cook, the dishwasher has to be run every day because the dishes for two people are dirty. There are many free-roaming cats on the property that come and expect food because previous guests fed them. It was a bit annoying at times.

We felt very comfortable from start to finish. We would come back anytime. The landlord is always available via WhatsApp and very helpful. The apartment was very clean.

Fantastic view. Very clean and well-kept accommodation, in the middle of an olive grove. Perfect for those looking for absolute peace and quiet. Access to the property is very steep and partially unpaved. Great and attentive care from the owner.

The holiday home is idyllically located, secluded and very quiet. Pure relaxation in beautiful nature, also for your four-legged companion (dog). The landlord is very friendly, courteous and helpful. We can only recommend this holiday home."

We spent two wonderful weeks in holiday home Asia. The house was well furnished and provided with all comforts. The owner of the holiday home is friendly and helpful. Especially the spectacular view over the meadow area towards the sea was unique with Monte Agentairo and Isola del Giglio (at 50 km!). The area is also beautiful with all necessary facilities at a short 10 minutes by car. We will definitely come back!
