The house and the whole area were very clean and well maintained. The landlords are really nice. The handover on arrival and departure was uncomplicated. Everything you need is there. The driveway to the house is a bit adventurous, but you get used to it. There are no neighbors, you are completely undisturbed. You can also walk to San Gimignano, where you can get delicious ice cream.

We advise you to have a great week in this house! The five bedrooms, all equipped with an independent bathroom, are perfect for preserving everyone's privacy! The swimming pool is gigantic and the garden was a perfect playground for the children! Breathtaking view of San Gimignano and perfect location to discover other Tuscan villages and towns!

We felt very comfortable! The house is really nicely furnished, there is a lot of space on the property, and the quiet location makes it totally relaxing! The pool is very well maintained. And the view is a dream! However, the last part of the way there through the olive groves and vineyards is a challenge for inexperienced drivers - I personally enjoyed it :-). Having a diesel vehicle is a huge advantage - more torque! There is also a bus to San Gimignano.

You can only recommend this holiday home, the house, the location, the property, the pool, the owners everything great! Beauty spots: Internett: Installation of signal amplifiers is strongly recommended Metal spiral staircase from the basement to the upper floor is only a cheap solution for climbers and does not go with the great house

Beautiful house with individual equipment. Very clean. Unfortunately, the deadline for the final settlement was not kept despite several promises. The lady was three quarters of an hour late, although we reminded her by phone 20 minutes after the agreed appointment. Unfortunately, our departure was delayed and we got stuck in several traffic jams on the freeway on the way back. Unfortunately, this holiday end left us with a bad overall impression.
