Beautiful accommodation, ideal location right in the city center. However, a little noisy. Soundproofing could use some improvement. Furthermore, portable air conditioning is only in the bedroom (clearly indicated in the ad); it would be ideal to install it throughout the apartment, given the amenities and price advertised.
