Absolutely charming apartment with everything your heart desires, plus a terrace with views of the cathedral and Florence. Beautiful!

The apartment has a lot of character and feels like a historic home, but it needs serious maintenance. Cleaning is an issue — there’s dust everywhere, carpets are worn, and furniture is tired. Only one of three AC units works, the water pressure is unreliable, and there’s no hot water upstairs. Wi-Fi is weak, sockets are outdated, and the power cuts if too many appliances run at once. Some Kitchen utensils are old and rusty. Beautiful place, but poorly maintained.

The location was good but the wifi was a mobile hot spot on a phone that worked in one area. AC is advertised and there was none. When I asked about it I felt dismissed. Got a response the owner wasn’t planning for it. Because it was so hot we had to sleep with open windows and we all woke with bug bites. Plugs are loose and some didn’t work. Not an overall pleasant stay there.
