The holiday house was extremely beautiful and very classic Italian. The hosts are extremely nice and helpful. The house is located high up with a beautiful view of sunsets. Shopping opportunities and restaurants are 15 minutes away by car, and the atmosphere in the city was fantastic. We had dinner at Rufina several days. The pool was lovely and located with lots of shade and isolated from the road. The rooms face the road with fast-moving cars, which can be a nuisance at night. But all in all a super nice holiday home.

Very neat and clean accommodation, very nice landlord. The pool (great for the kids) is cleaned daily. The house is pleasantly furnished. Very good kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery are extensively available. Plenty of seating at the pool and in the garden to relax, nice view of the surroundings. We felt very comfortable! The energy costs (gas, electricity) were surprisingly high, especially since both are incorrectly stated as "inclusive" on the booking sites.

Was a very successful stay. Only the journey was a bit exhausting because the navigation system had not found the location clearly

Il Circolo is an absolutely beautiful house in truly beautiful surroundings! The hosts clean the lovely private pool every or every other day and they are extremely nice and helpful. The details in the house are meticulous, and both it, the terrace and the pool area are very well maintained and inviting. Peacful, beatyful place in countryside. You must have a car; 5km to nearest shop. We enjoyd wievs. Houseowners were kind for us.

The house is exactly as described in the pictures. Very nice landlords who explained the house, made suggestions for excursions and cleaned the pool every day. Communication was via WhatsApp in English with great directions to the house as it was very high up on a hill. The house was well equipped with almost everything you need. We would vacation there again at any time.

The landlord even helped us pick up or drop off our motorcycles. charge. The lavish garden was watered and the pool cleaned daily. It was a bit disturbing that 1 bedroom is on the street, although it has little traffic.

The Il Circolo is a wonderful house in the Tuscan hills with a great panoramic view, very well maintained by the very nice owners. The facility is very well maintained and equipped with great furniture.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with beautiful views. The shop at 200 meters for the first groceries is unfortunately no longer there. From the village of Rufina to the house is a long climb of 5 km by car. with many bends and not without dangers given the reckless driving style of many Italians in the bends as oncoming traffic! The house is clean and plenty of towels are provided. The electricity price is very high. We found the stairs of 16 steps a big disadvantage. For everything you have to go up and down the stairs and this on average 10 to 15 times a day! In any case, therefore not suitable for small children. The pool is nice and well cared for. Unfortunately in mid-August this area is boring because many eateries are closed for holidays. A folder with recommendations in the area for trips was missing and also no telephone numbers for a doctor in need.

Very good location for visiting Siena, Pisa and Florence! When you return, you can enjoy the swimming pool and the outdoor lounge.
