Ski lifts are easy to reach, facilities are a bit spartan but OK. The welcome and support on site from the caretaker was rather unfriendly. Unfortunately, we left an electronic device behind in the accommodation. We called them immediately, but apparently no one found it. The communication on this was also rather unfriendly. A shame!

Whole house rental. The standard of the facility is ok, although some kitchens lacked basic kitchen equipment. The mattresses in some beds need to be replaced, and the shower trays in some bathrooms are clogged. The facility's service is terrible, Mr. N. is always dissatisfied, you can't communicate with him, he keeps shouting, waving his hands in front of his face... He is calmed down only by the intervention of the owner of the facility, who responds quickly.

The accommodation is beautiful. Nice house bells and good value for money.

We felt very comfortable there. If the slatted frames in the beds were renewed, one could also sleep better in the beds. Otherwise everything was ok.

Excellent location, large and comfortable rooms, friendliness and excellent availability of the managers. However, a minimum of common living space is missing, if we exclude the kitchen. The equipment of the latter is completely inadequate, both in terms of furnishings and minute instruments, which significantly damages the overall judgment.

Excellent accommodation with lots of space. Solid furniture and little luxury, so not much can be broken. Kitchen and living area in one and on the small side. Don't mind if you spend most of your time outside... Friendly and easygoing host.

The photo is a bit illusory, in reality it is a good building, within a complex of houses and dwellings, the green space is not exactly what you see in the photo. The sauna, for example, can only be used in winter ("it's too hot in summer"). Cleaning of the room is required, before returning the deposit, through a comfortable vacuum cleaner that we had to pass at 5 in the morning (we had decided to leave for that time) .... with consequent inspection

2 bedrooms had spring grates in the beds - unreasonable Heating was turned off from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - not wearable after skiing, the 3 television sets were antediluvian with tiny screens - for today's time it was impossible as a seat, there was only the dining area - we were 2 weeks before Place where you would actually like to have an armchair. The apartment is advertised for 6 people, but there were not enough dishes. The caretaker ... tried very hard.

The accommodation is conveniently located in the resort to reach the ski slopes without a car. There has been a need for renovation for years, which is only partially met. The mattresses in different rooms in a health-threatening condition with free metal springs, etc., no hygiene protection on the mattresses. TV in an antiquarian tube flicker mini version, W-LAN bad, stove and dishwasher work, crockery minimal, eg only 1 cutlery set and 1 cup per person, mini glasses, extremely uncomfortable if you want to cook yourself. We have been bringing pots, bread knives etc. from home for years. There are no shelves in the cupboards, the vegetable drawer in the fridge, etc. Communication about the defects is difficult, since the friendly "caretaker" speaks neither German nor English and only rudimentary Italian. It is positive to note that each room has its own bathroom, but but there is no common living room apart from the quite spacious but minimally furnished kitchen. The significant price increase of the last few years cannot be understood in any way. The indoor pool advertised on the outside of the house for years was never there.
