Excellent location by two lakes (one dam and one natural lake) at an altitude of approx. 1450 m. From the large balcony, a view of the lake and the glaciated Ortler mountain range. Possibility of many trips, both easy and demanding mountain hikes, both in Italy, Austria and Switzerland - all easily accessible. In the vicinity there are both cable cars and the possibility of driving to high altitudes, including high mountain passes. Possibility of swimming in the refreshing water of both lakes. Several pizzerias in the area.

Good apartment in general. Some precautions could improve the vote but not at the level of accommodation. For example the lack of brochures that could be very useful since on Sundays the tourist offices are closed and are found cmq in many reception and a basic equipment such as oil salt water that could be very important as soon as you arrive.

- No sauna and no hall bath available. This was in the description. - The host was a Romanian and spoke only Romanian, no Italian and no German either (which is common in the Alto Adige). There was also no one else to turn to for questions or comments. - The host entered your apartment without being asked to take out the garbage. This disturbed us very much. You should be able to assume that if you lock your apartment, no one will come in. And especially the h

Recommended for groups. Apartments are simple but clean. There are parking problems when there is a lot of snow.

The accommodation was ok. The common room was very advantageous as we were several families. Unfortunately, the nice and helpful caretaker only spoke Italian (although South Tyrol and the border with Austria) and communication was therefore a bit difficult. We had a very negative experience with the owner who lives in Austria and was on site one day. In our presence, he literally yelled at the 8-year-old children because they had built a snowman next to the front door - on the grounds that the caretaker (if the snowman collapses) would have to shovel it away with difficulty. The elderly caretaker only had a shovel to clear the long driveway to the house (it had snowed almost every day), whereas all neighboring condos and hotels had snowblowers.
