We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Apartment 201 is spacious for two people, with a comfortable bathroom and bedroom. It has a lovely large balcony. The kitchen is tidy. There are few pots and pans, and no corkscrew (which worked out well) or paring knife. It's a shame there were no dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, or pedal bin liners for the first few days. Otherwise, it's a lovely place to stay. Comfortable loungers and chairs are available for guests.

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view. Balcony can be used by 3 people. Kitchen facilities are very good, but the crockery and cutlery are a little poor. Lighting in the living area and kitchen is a little poor. Bed linen is a little worn.

We stayed a week in apartment 202 of Residence Egger. Beautiful and well-kept apartment, as described. Excellent outdoor pool with deck chairs. Something to improve: no bidet in the bathroom (in other apartments it is present), bed linen a bit spartan (in the sofa bed there was only the mattress cover and not the bottom sheet, in the double bed two overlapping single sheets), there is no washing machine in the structure (the closest is in Chiusa)

Very nicely located with a beautiful view, very friendly reception. Bakery and sparwinkel within walking distance. In short, a top address and definitely recommended.

The holiday apartments are located next to the associated family-run hotel. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is functional but well furnished. Bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no oven, but a microwave. The view of the valley and the Dolomites opposite is beautiful. Gladly again!

Very nice hosts, beautiful apartment, bakery, pizzeria and supermarket for everyday needs within walking distance. Hotel bar with delicious coffee and drinks in the hotel, pool. Pull-out bed in the living room could have creaked a little less, otherwise everything was great, gladly again!

The accommodation and swimming pool with sunbathing area are very well maintained. The reception was very friendly. The wonderful panoramic view of the Dolomites is the highlight of the accommodation and makes up for the noise of the Brenner motorway. There are many beautiful hiking trails directly from Villanders. The on-site pizzeria is very good.

Very nice area. You can see the Brenner motorway, a slight noise can always be heard, but it is not disturbing. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
