Very good location. Gondola to Heider Alm and Schöneben can easily be reached on foot. Communication with the supervisor was very difficult due to language problems.

The indoor pool is permanently broken and the minutes that the sauna is on and if at all, you have to negotiate with the caretaker every day.

The rooms with bathroom are comfortable, the kitchen is a bit small but the presence of two balconies is excellent.

Location to the ski lift is good, kitchen equipment is good, hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels/bath towels are broken, hanging options for jackets should be installed in the room, kitchen/dining room was not warm or the heating was turned off for too long during the day.

The location is nice, the bathrooms are great. The rest is simple to very simple, bedding is old (Frau Holle effect) and partly stained. And every morning the tension: When will the garbage be taken out of the kitchen? Even if you put the full bag in front of the apartment door so as not to be disturbed...
