Apartment was neat and clean. However, the equipment, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, is more than inadequate. In the bathroom there is only a small shelf under the mirror. In the kitchen there was a lack of self-evidence such as; Tablecloth or place mats, all-purpose cloth, toaster, glasses, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax was estimated at €1.75, €1.80 was collected, no receipt. On departure, the beds had to be stripped and the apartment had to be swept clean, although final cleaning was included.

Very nice landlord and caretaker, who explained to us on the 1st day how the use of the apartment, the garbage, towels, etc. works. The apartment was clean and tidy. Appropriately furnished, only crockery was a bit too few. We would like a few bowls, cutlery and larger coffee cups and a toaster. The dogs were very welcome. The location is quiet as it is off the main road. We are in love with the landscapes, the lakes and mountains and will be back soon.

We stayed there with family for a week in March. According to the description, the simple and functional equipment turned out to not meet the requirements in our opinion. We found the kitchen unpleasant, the hotplates were burned in, the dishwasher loosely installed, pots, plates, cutlery in a minimal number of different porcelains thrown together, the shower doors were all broken and didn't close fully. There was no holiday feeling ... caretaker does not speak German!

We stayed in the next building on the top floor. The apartment consists of two bedrooms connected by a kitchen-living room. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom. The apartment is very spacious and very clean! Everything absolutely fine. The kitchen has a microwave, a stove with an oven and there is a dishwasher. Only the dishes could be "spiced up". The Romanian administrator is very helpful and always there!

Apartment perfectly responsive to the description and expectations, well cleaned and equipped. Position protected from the traffic noise of the nearby state road. The only drawback is an obsolete television set, with very few channels, one of which is Italian. I point out a typo in the description of the holiday home location that describes the location in Emilia Romagna.

The caretaker tried to come into the apartment several times without knocking and was in the apartment without consultation in our absence. The caretaker only speaks Romanian and broken Italian. The kitchen was only poorly equipped. No one was ever available to answer questions about the accommodation. The service telephone was connected to an AB. The apartment was handed over by a woman who only speaks Romanian and was therefore unable to answer any questions.
