Sassicaia

There were three of us there with a large dog. The house is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bathrooms have been beautifully renovated, the shower cubicles are a bit cramped. The terrace is large and offers the possibility of finding a shady and/or sunny spot at any time. The property is very well fenced, the dog was able to romp around freely outside. The sea is just a few steps away via a staircase. Pack enough warm clothes for the autumn.

The outdoor space at this property is fantastic, the view would be hard to beat. However, the management and maintenance of this property was appalling. Be aware that they do not supply ANYTHING. We arrived to discover that none of the basics, including toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap were even supplied. We had to pay for Linens and then all of them were dirty with moldy pillows, mold or blood stains on pillows, sheets and blankets. No fans, everything was wet.

House has a great location! The view is stunning. House itself in need of renovation in some places. Internet connection very bad. All in all very satisfied :)

If you like it quiet, this is the place for you. A lovely, spacious place to spend a few relaxing days. We were at the end of May / beginning of June, so no problem with mosquitoes. The restaurant in the complex only opened on June 1st, if you want to eat out you have to drive by then. The house is right by the sea, but not really suitable for swimming because of the waves and the rocky coast.
