Top location - beach is within walking distance, beautifully overgrown property, quiet location - nicely furnished with good comfort. Drawbacks: Sleeping mattresses extremely uncomfortable and saggy with back pain as a result - air conditioning in the bedroom could not be repaired within 2 weeks, TV completely without any reception, WiFi surprisingly only available for an additional charge and then not available on request because all the boxes were taken... Prepaid SIM card only in Cagliari

Upon arrival we were given a “loft” which we had not booked. Call and arrange, just half a day later. In the end we got the house the day after as we had booked. Also only a few weeks before departure because our original accommodation had been sold and we therefore had to book something else at a moment's notice

The house was not cleaned before we arrived. We had to have it cleaned by the agency. We have pictures that prove it was dirty.

Unreliable information from the travel agency, unclean, recommended internet solution not adapted to the location and 50% more expensive, unreliable electricity network. Incomplete crockery, uncomfortable mattresses. Far too expensive for the quality offered.
