spacious house, wonderfull view on the sea en coast, well equipped, well located in the park, nearby several beaches

Location: TOP! Beautiful house, but... we had to clean the outside area and bathrooms before using them. The outside area required removing rubbish, dirt and old cigarette butts, the back terrace was unusable because of the dirt, old dirty tables/chairs without any cushions/pillows were unusable. The shower in the back bathroom was so clogged with tufts of hair and dirty that the water was difficult to drain. If it had been comfortable/clean, then it would have been top notch.

The house is very spacious. With two terraces at the front and back, you can choose between sun, shade and wind. The house is in a closed holiday home development. There is no historic town center, just a restaurant and a few small shops. These were still closed in May. Only a few houses were occupied. You can't get there or leave without your own car. There was no WiFi at first. Upon request, the technology was installed the next day.

Unfortunately, we had to find out that the garbage was not picked up when we took over the accommodation. The garbage collection by the local DL is also insufficient. It is expected that holidaymakers bring their own rubbish to a rubbish depot 20 minutes away. Especially on the day of departure! The garbage depot is only open on three days in the pre-season and is unfortunately closed on Saturdays. In addition, there is no mobile phone reception and no WLAN

We were able to relax from everyday life in a cozy, well-equipped villa right on the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Good but expandable with little effort. For example, basic equipment for the journey (toilet items and much more.) As the nearest supermarket is 24 km away. Furthermore, insect screens would be a blessing, at least in the bedroom windows. The beds were a disaster except for one room and that's not just meant rhetorically. Otherwise, the location and the complex overall is a dream.

The location, facility and property in total was good to very good! the short walk to the beach is great too! Unfortunately, the outdoor furniture, tables and chairs are mostly made of plastic, which was also older! the interior furniture is also very old and partially defective, so we would have wished for a little more comfort, which could also be achieved without large investments. From our point of view, the refrigerator in the kitchen is very old and was often totally frozen over. In my view, there is still a need for action here. Otherwise, of course, a great location and a good object! vs
