"Ostsee-Residenz (DMP173)", 1-room apartment 35 m2 on 5th floor. Renovated in 2018, cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine).

Sofa bed could be of better quality with a new mattress and increase sleeping comfort otherwise very nice apartment with everything your heart desires guaranteed relaxation will definitely come back

Easily accessible holiday home situated right on Damp Harbor and just minutes from the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Locked parking lot. Large modern elevators. Areal is dog owner friendly, dog beach nearby.

Bed unsuitable for two people. WiFi only worked for one day. TV reception insufficient. Not even ARD could be received and was limited to a few channels.

The apartment was fine. We found the distance to the elevator and above all to the car much too long. The visitor's tax was listed in the utility bill, which later turned out to be the so-called "bed tax". We would have been exempt from the tourist tax since my husband is 100% severely disabled. A detailed description would have been good here. Overall, this place is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

I would not choose this accommodation again because the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable. We also booked the laundry package, the sheets had a large hole on the side, the fibers of the towels, in black, were found on the skin after drying.
