Ostsee-Residenz (DMP173) Apartment 3

Even though the weather wasn't what we expected, the vacation was well planned and we saw a lot. The dog beach is very nice, spacious, and you could easily walk far out into the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, I noticed that dog owners don't always use the doggie bags for their four-legged friends' poop, which made me a little sad, because hopefully, you clean up after your poop at home. The accommodations were good; we had everything we needed.

It's not an apartment, but everything is there, there's a good view of the Baltic Sea. The service was great and the lady was very nice. The wifi left a lot to be desired. Sometimes it didn't work and it was so weak that only one device had wifi, so in the hallway we had very strong wifi. The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great, especially the bathroom, shower and cubicle, rusty and covered in limescale, tiles and greasy joints. My wife had to clean the bathroom first. An inspection should be done when you leave.

We felt very comfortable. The holiday apartment was big enough for 2 people. Clean and nicely furnished. Friendly and always available contact on site. A few minutes walk from the beach. The view from the room is a dream. Large balcony. Property with very well-functioning elevators. Also very easy to live in with a walker. We had a small dog with us, which worked wonderfully and was sufficient. Also ideal because of the dog beach which is right in front of the house. (5 minutes walk)

Sofa bed could be of better quality with a new mattress and increase sleeping comfort otherwise very nice apartment with everything your heart desires guaranteed relaxation will definitely come back

Beautiful one-room apartment. Nicely furnished. Just right for my son and me!

Easily accessible holiday home situated right on Damp Harbor and just minutes from the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Locked parking lot. Large modern elevators. Areal is dog owner friendly, dog beach nearby.

Very satisfying.

Bed unsuitable for two people. WiFi only worked for one day. TV reception insufficient. Not even ARD could be received and was limited to a few channels.

The apartment was fine. We found the distance to the elevator and above all to the car much too long. The visitor's tax was listed in the utility bill, which later turned out to be the so-called "bed tax". We would have been exempt from the tourist tax since my husband is 100% severely disabled. A detailed description would have been good here. Overall, this place is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

I would not choose this accommodation again because the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable. We also booked the laundry package, the sheets had a large hole on the side, the fibers of the towels, in black, were found on the skin after drying.

Overall it was a pleasant place to stay
