Ostsee-Residenz (DMP154) Apartment 5

The house has a great location, right by the harbor and the promenade, not far from the dog beach. The apartment itself was nice and functional, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Everything you could possibly need was there. The key handover and the provision of linens (bed linens, towels) went really well, even though the manager was ill. My special thanks for that. The only downside is that the apartment doesn't have a sea view.

Great location, but the furnishings are showing their age. Adequate for a long weekend, the apartment is well equipped. We traveled with two adults, a toddler, a baby (+stroller) and a small dog and the apartment was just big enough. Uncomplicated arrival and departure. Damp is not as "pretty" as usual at the moment due to the storm damage, so you should perhaps be prepared for that. Lots of playgrounds and basically everything else can be reached on foot.

Were the 2nd time in this apartment and were satisfied.

didn't work at all, although no proper key handover contacted, smeared note from the caretaker where the lady is, took a lot of time

Living room is shabby. Conglomeration of crockery. Lack of WiFi. Unused dishcloths must be provided. Washable sets must be available and no straw sets in view of Corona. We had booked a sea view room. Unfortunately, we didn't create a hard copy of our booking as evidence. So we were simply given an apartment with a view of the country.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Only when showering did it not get evenly warm. Otherwise everything as described.
