Ostsee Residenz

We really liked the apartment. We appreciated that pets aren't allowed. The furnishings were fine, and everything was very clean, except for the coffee machine and the windows, which were very dirty. We loved the location, the marina, the proximity to the beach, and the local shopping options. We thank Ms. Z. for her excellent service and would love to return next year if we can.

The building looks quite dated from the outside, but inside everything is renovated and in good condition, and the public areas are also very clean. Thanks to the four large elevators, you never have to wait long.

The apartment was centrally located and had direct access to the harbor and beach.

This small holiday apartment boasts a central location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants in Damp. The beautiful sandy beach was just 350 meters away. All necessary furnishings were present and worked well. A parking space is included with the apartment.

A very clean apartment. The entire inventory is in a very good condition. Little things like a new dishwashing sponge were just as thought of as modern bed linen and very well-kept furniture. We were also happy with the fact that there is a pizzeria on the ground floor below. (Apart from the fact that the delicious smells made you really hungry for pizza...) It was never loud, by the way.

We have now been to the Damp Ostsee-Residenz for the second time and, just like the first time, we had a lovely holiday. A friendly welcome from the caretaker and the holiday apartment was very nice, everything was there that we needed for 2 weeks and everything was clean. Thank you for the lovely holiday, we will be back! Our dog liked it too, 3 minutes from the dog beach, it couldn't be better!
