Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

We lived in the apartment for almost a week. The first impression wasn't that good... Unfortunately, we had forgotten to clean the bathroom properly and there was a lot of dust in the kitchen. But that was the only negative. The view of the sea has a decelerating effect, in the kitchen you will find everything you need and the beds were also very good...

The apartment corresponded to the advertisement, the red sofa bed was replaced by a leather sofa bed. In the case of deficiencies, Mrs. Z. took care of things quickly and always in a friendly manner. Ms. Z. deserves our special thanks!!

All in all, the furnishings were okay, although the couch was a bit saggy. What absolutely needs to be checked and updated is the TV system. Only a few programs work, the receiver is not set correctly. A technician sometimes has to invest an hour here because it is very annoying when every evening in the middle of the film there is suddenly only snow to be seen. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Good address for dog owners. Dog beach great. Otherwise, the socket in the bathroom is not accessible for small people in brackets at least 1.80 m tall. Doors and cupboards could be washed again.

All in all I was satisfied and would go there again. The environment is just great and highly recommended with a dog. The people were all friendly and helpful. The arrival and key handover went smoothly. But there is definitely some criticism. How 4 people are supposed to live in this apartment is a mystery to me. If you are taller than 1.50m, you will definitely not be able to sleep on the pull-out sofa. Besides that, it wasn't particularly comfortable either. The mattresses in the bed were very soft. The shower fittings need updating or the shower head. The floor in the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well either. - For the basic cleaning to be carried out by the tenant, it would be advantageous to provide cleaning agents accordingly. There were neither dishwashing liquids nor kitchen cleaners.
