Looking for a cozy cottage to spend your holiday? Old Chapel Cottage is the perfect place to stay, located on Ellicombe Lane near Dunster and Minehead in Somerset. This delightful property is one of four self-catering holiday cottages, all situated on the same site. It features a shared outdoor heated swimming pool (open May to September), an acre of magnificent sub-tropical gardens, and a 3-acre paddock offering stunning views over the West Somerset Steam Railway and the Welsh coast.

Chapel Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests, with one double bedroom on the first floor and a sofa-bed in the sitting room downstairs. Please note that access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase and may not be suitable for young children. The cottage also boasts a large separate kitchen and a private, enclosed garden to the rear of the property, making it perfect for al fresco dining. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of 2 per cottage.

The property is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bed linen, towels, and local specialty Miles tea and coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and olive oil. A pint of local milk is also provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. Additionally, cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, dishcloths, and cleaning sprays are provided, and two toilet rolls will be supplied.

A security deposit of £100 is required when booking this property, which will be added to the total price of your booking. The deposit will be refunded after your stay unless damage to the property or its contents is discovered after your departure.

Facilities
Freeview TV, DVD player, sofa (which is a sofa-bed for sleeping 2 guests if required), and patio doors leading to the private garden. Kitchen/dining room with cooker, microwave and fridge.
Spiral stairs lead upstairs to the first floor where you will find the bedroom with double bed and en-suite with shower room, with toilet and hand basin.
There is an external laundry room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, which is shared with other properties on-site (honesty box for use of these facilities).

Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Chapel Cottage is fitted with gas central heating throughout.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience, separate towels are provided for use at the pool.

Local specialty Miles tea and coffee are provided as well as sugar, salt & pepper and olive oil. A pint of local milk is provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive.

Cleaning materials such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing powder will be present in the property. One or two toilet rolls will be provided.

Dunster is a bustling village comprised of several restaurants, pubs and tea rooms, plus a varied range of independent shops.

Minehead is one of West Somerset's best known and well-loved coastal resorts, nestling as between the slopes of Exmoor and the sea. The town offers a wide range of attractions, including the beach, promenade, harbour, beautiful gardens and colourful tree lined avenue with an array of shops and services. Dominated by the wooded slopes of North Hill, the whole area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and there are superb walks over open moor land, through woodland and along the coast.
