The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom and hairdryer, a twin, and a main shower room. Outside there is a front veranda with furniture, and off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find both a shop and pub on-site. 205 The Meadows is the ideal base for a family looking to explore Cornwall. Note: There are steps up to the lodge. The National Surf Centre, three major beaches, eleven beaches totalling more than seven miles of golden sand, and an inexhaustible supply of rolling surf make Newquay the centre of the UK's surf culture and a haven for beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts. The town also guarantees a memorable vacation with its zoo, sea life centre, and diverse assortment of restaurants and pubs. A gorgeous coastline with towering cliffs, secret coves, and additional beaches is traversed in both directions by the South West Coast Path, a popular route for enthusiastic walkers. Padstow, a charming fishing village and harbour, is only 14 miles away, and it takes 30 minutes to get to Truro, home to the Eden Project, as well as museums, a cathedral, restaurants, and cobblestone streets. Beautiful St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery are just under an hour distant by car or train.
