Apartment 1 Llewellan is a lovely ground floor apartment situated close to the town of St Ives just six miles from Penzance in Cornwall. The apartment can sleep two people in one double bedroom. Also in the apartment is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with double sofa bed and electric fire. Outside is off road parking for one car and a shared enclosed garden with furniture. Apartment 1 Llewellan is a lovely romantic hideaway perfect for exploring this part of the country. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Please note: from the 1st October 2025 the owner is possibly considering removing the bath and replacing with a walk in shower

The apartment is in an excellent location with stunning sea views with close proximity to the station and a nice walk into St Ives.. The garden is lovely with tables and chairs, a good area to sit with a drink and a meal overlooking the sea and beach surrounded by a pretty garden. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with all needs catered for. The rooms are a good size and from the lounge you can enjoy the stunning views even if it's raining, a lovely place to stay. We arrived home last night and have today re-booked for next year. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting good clean accommodation with stunning views close to St Ives and with the added bonus of car parking and the station close by, it's perfect.

Well what a spacious apartment, everything I needed and more, cosy and warm and .... Well what a spacious apartment, everything I needed and more, cosy and warm and very clean throughout , a stones throw away from the beach, everywhere was walking distance, if you like walking the coastal path, would love to stay here again

Lovely clean, spacious and well appointed appt with superb views.. Easy access to coastal path for long walks. Lovely garden with seating. Ideal for our dog too with ex location for walks into St Ives and for travelling further afield. Very quiet at night. Heating excellent.

The views from this apartment are fabulous, Carbis Bay beach is stunning but you need to be able to do the steep hill both ways as popping down in the car is not an option due to limited/expensive parking.. We were lucky that all the beaches allow dogs before Easter, so could walk anywhere. The apartment is pet friendly but remember the bowls and towels for the dog! There is a Supermarket a couple of minutes drive away, and it is very easy to get the two minute train ride into St Ives. Warm and comfortable apartment with a garden that overlooks Carbis Bay. Easy parking which must be a huge bonus in summer months. Would happily stay here again if visiting this area.

Amazing location.. We hadn't realised that the coastal path was actually accessible from the end of the garden - we didn't use the car for the full 3 days. Gorgeous spot, excellent facilities, lovely comfy bed. Even the dog never stopped smiling!
