We've booked and stayed here now on 3 separate occasions. The apartment is wonderful and perfectly situated. We've also booked to come back in July but I think we'll be rethinking that. On every occasion, We've been criticised by the pit bull neighbour next door who doesn't think your dog should sit on your patio with you. Not roam, just sit.... Your patio that you've paid for.... As it's a dog friendly apartment I'm a little perplexed where she expects your dog to be.... possibly they should be shut up in the bedroom or sat in the car???. We have a 13 year old dog who needs to be where we are. That said though, If its not the dog, it's something else, talking, the TV.... she walks around to deliberately find something to complain about. Honestly, it's not worth the hassle, do not come within a mile with a dog Cruelly Deville lives next door!!!!!!!!!

So easy to deal with and even the owner was really easy to deal with , few tint bits in the flat that are getting a bit worn but overall lovely stay plastics sheets on bed etc could do with making it a tiny bit more homely ! Thanks again

The location, Bredon Court development, and the flat were all great.. It's a peaceful location and enjoyable walk to Fistral beach or town. Couple of areas to consider for improvement... The extractor fan in the ensuite didn't appear to be working, one of the mattresses in the twin room was a bit lumpy, and the vertical slatted blind in the Living Room was too long so couldn't be rotated to a ckosed position. Nothing major that should prevent anyone staying but areas for you to consider.

Once you get there and see the inside of the place then you know its a luxurious holiday place , ideally located for all amenities but idyllically so for golfers, surfers, hikers and explorers. You can do all of these things without using your car thus adding to value. The beach is extensive and a short walk away - through the golf course - and the surf must be the best available in the UK. If you are a couple wanting surf this is the place, even if you have young children because the sand is safe. Internet is quick in the accommodation. Restaurants and pubs are within easy reach from the delightful Red Lion to the luxurious Fort Bar to the towns wide variety. If you need more then the rest of Cornwall is easily reached. Beautiful views from the place.

The apartment was extremely spacious and well appointed which made for a comfortable holiday. The position is great for walks all around Newquay and there was the added bonus that it was dog friendly too. We did pay a premium price for this property so had very high expectations which were generally met, however, we were disappointed not to have a wifi service (this is almost a basic requirement in this day and age). The property felt quite impersonal, no friendly user guide with suggestions where to go/eat, no DVDs for the DVD player and a small dish with a few tea and coffee sachets. Previously when booking cottages we have had milk, dog treats and even a bottle of wine on arrival. Also there was no soap for the bathrooms so we had to go and buy some first thing. The sofa was very sticky (?sun tan lotion) the iron worked ok but as a bit was broken it leaked on the clothes. The bed in the 2nd room was very uncomfortable too. Had we not paid such a high price these things would not have mattered to us but it did leave us thinking that if we wanted to stay in Newquay again we would look for a different property within this area.

Everything was as we expected.. It was slightly more expensive than other properties we considered, but paying the extra for the lovely modern decor, large spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen was worth it. You generally get what you pay for.
