Chantal (RAC153) Apartment 4 Rabac, Istria

The apartment has all the necessary furniture and technical equipment you need. It's not the newest but it was sufficient for us. The WiFi is a bit weak. Towels were a bit underpriced with 2 large and 2 small ones for 4 people. I would have personally liked a tea towel, washing-up liquid and sponges. We bought these ourselves. But all in all a good apartment with great outdoor facilities. We had a good time.

Great apartment, everything was clean and very nice. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. However, the way into town and to the beach was a bit difficult (steep).

Unfortunately, the accommodation had not been cleaned for a long time, under the bed, sofa, etc., very dirty, not swept and not mopped. A lot of ants and other insects in the apartment, had to be procured insect killers etc. at your own expense. Furniture belongs more in the bulky waste than in the apartment. price performance inappropriate.

Access to the ground floor apartment via the terrace. Two balcony doors. A door led to the apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, shower and toilet. A small kitchenette and the living-dining room were in one room. In which there was an air conditioner. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped with crockery... A little bit for 5 people. First impression moderately clean. The other balcony door led to a room with a double bed. Behind it was the shower and toilet. Unfortunately no additional window and no air conditioning. We had to leave the patio door open overnight to get air. For me it was a bit scary because the terrace was accessible to everyone. So also our room. But nothing happened. The apartment is furnished with old furniture and looks worn. The landlords were very nice and helpful. From the apartment to the sea there is a steep road down. Very tiring on the way back.

Enough space for 4 people. Nice and quiet location. Since we only had breakfast in the apartment, the sparse equipment in the kitchen was completely sufficient. Our landlady was very nice, formalities were dealt with very quickly and easily. We felt comfortable.
