Completely unkempt apartment. No curtains, no satellite TV, only Netflix, no storage space, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Lint under the bed and in the corners of the room. Torn tablecloth. Power cable in the bathroom cut off and not insulated...!!! value.

Overall an acceptable stay. We didn't have high expectations for the price range. Especially since the air conditioning and pool are more likely to be found in the higher price ranges. That is the biggest plus point here. However, we were the only ones in the house where the air conditioning worked. The grill or the floor tiles in the outdoor area also crumble here and there. There were only 6 of 10 beach chairs, one of which was broken. With so many parties in the house, it's a joke. One umbrella out of two was also defective, but was quickly exchanged. Luckily we didn't get in each other's way with the other residents, because everyone was out during the day. The cleanliness was OK. In the apartment as well as in the pool. The kitchen equipment was so meager than in almost any other apartment. With a little investment you could turn this property into a really nice house. That starts with the garden furniture, goes through a reasonable roofing of the terrace in the common area and ends with small maintenance work. Our awning, for example, hung crookedly.

Not really recommendable, tv and shower head broken. But the biggest problem was the housed craftsmen column, who behaved very inconsiderately until late in the evening and from 5:30 a.m. We started the return journey 2 days earlier.
