Apartment adequately furnished for vacation. Very clean. Owner very friendly. Too bad it is fully booked for 2024 from 1 to 15 September. We would love to come back.

We were there in April. The view is gigantic and you can walk to everything in Umag from there. The landlady is really nice and will help with any questions. This accommodation receives the rating highly recommended from us. The price-performance ratio is very good given the location.

This was our accommodation for the sixth time, as always a fantastic vacation. 20 meters to the water, a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace. A nice, well-organized landlady with a lot of humor. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Great!

Great location, right in the old town. For parking, the landlady will be happy to provide you with a parking ticket for your stay for €3/day. The market, harbor, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. City beach right in front of the house. However, nothing for those looking for peace and quiet in the high season - as I said, the old town, but it is rather cozy.
