Quiet location, but everything is within walking distance. Very neat and clean. Fridge a bit small.

A super clean accommodation with a lovely beach at 8 walking minutes. No traffic noise. The hot tub was broken for 1 day but was fixed right away! In a fifteen minute walk you are in Umag. You can park your car opposite the complex. The owner (E.) is a friendly man.1 small minus: the bikes were in bad condition (read flat tires, chain off) so you have to rent them elsewhere

pluses + hot tub + pool approx. 7x3 meters + new rooms minuses - the fridge does not fit a 2-liter bottle (only one 1.5-liter), so there is a problem with a cold drink - the pool can only be used from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. . So morning or evening bathing is not possible
