On the plus side, the freedom and size of the house and the surrounding area were important, which was important for the children. I suggest refreshing the kitchen furniture. The owner provided good instructions on what to do and where. However, there was no need for him to search for damages at the end of the stay, count the pillowcases, etc. He seemed to want to keep part of the security deposit.
