We had a wonderful holiday in a great holiday home with a fantastic outdoor area and a natural swimming area, so that we could enjoy days without activities and relax "at home". The property is completely fenced in and designed to be escape-proof for our large dog.

Simple, but loving facility. The landlord was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the weather was not such that we could use the pool. In the warm season it is the perfect place.

The house has everything you really need. The kitchen has a little bit of crockery, but you can get by. The property is completely fenced and therefore ideal for dogs. You can also park directly in front of the house on the property. The swimming pond was very cold in October, but very nicely laid out. There are several beaches within a 20 to 30 minute drive. The soul of the whole is the landlord. He lives very close by and is always on the spot and happy to help

The pool was great for our boys. There was always something to see and observe with the frogs and fish. The house is like in the photos, offers a lot of space and has a functional equipment. The quiet location was perfect for us to relax. Supermarket and a restaurant are within walking distance and some great beaches and bays can be reached by car in 15 to 20 minutes. Our dream bay was Duga Luka, crystal clear water and almost no tourists. Sympathetic landlord.

Magnificent house, spacious, clean, with everything you need to have a very good stay, excellent beds. Brilliant and perfectly maintained swimming pool even if the natural side "surprises" you get used to it quickly. Calm and serenity! The owner is super friendly and helpful, always ready to pop in to help, advise, lend map and phone charger if needed, like for us! he even took the RV for the antigen test for my daughters without me asking him, adorable! I'll be back!

The veranda is a good place to use for breakfast and dinner. Frogs and small fish live in the swimming pond. The kids loved it. The landlord speaks very good English and is very friendly. Only the dogs of the neighbors were a bit annoying at times.

A very cozy house. The natural pool is such a small pond: it has easy access via steps where children can play. After that, it is deep, so you have to keep an eye on small children all the time. There are fish and frogs in the water, which is a great attraction for children. A big plus is the lack of chlorine in the water. Very nice and helpful owner.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the privacy of the free-standing house with the private nature pool. There was a very good restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. The host is a very nice guy, he gave us a warm welcome and provided help and information when needed. He is putting a lot of effort and creativity in the design of the house and its facilities. The house is located nearby Labin and some great hiking trails which you can reach in a short drive. Definitely recommended!

the very clean and well-kept house is furnished and equipped with the necessary everyday objects! for the vacation completely sufficient! the most beautiful and best is the natural pool, which houses fish and frogs and is therefore particularly fascinating for the children!
