Everything is right here - the house, the location and very, very nice German-speaking landlords! Very good for a dog. In Rabac there is also a beautiful Girandella dog beach, which is no longer full in the evening. Otherwise, I can only agree with the previous speakers

The house is in very good condition and fully furnished. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor each have an en-suite bathroom. Guest toilet on the ground floor. Description is 100% correct. The location on the outskirts, with a view of the sea, is good. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. He takes care of cleaning the terrace and the pool every day.

We spent a very nice holiday week in this wonderful house in Labin. The house is very clean, well equipped and with a wonderful view of the sea. The best thing, however, was the very loving care by the landlord. The pool and grill are cleaned in the morning and there are also valuable tips for shopping and excursions. We would like to come again.

we were at the end of September and the weather was still up to 24C. Mr. XXX - the owner is a very pleasant and helpful person. The house was clean, everything needed for the stay was available. The only thing I would point out is: if you have dogs and you want a house with a fence, and I mean a fence from which the dogs cannot escape, it is not suitable for you. The fence is insufficient, the dogs ran away - the neighbors have chickens, cats, a dog... We all the dogs had to be tied to a stake in the garden, which was very unpleasant for both them and us.

The house keeps what the description and the photos promise. Everything is kept extremely clean, the pool is even cleaned every morning by the landlord. The landlord is very nice and accommodating and is happy to help with any problem, a really recommendable holiday home

This house was just perfect for us. Size also appropriate for a couple, but 4 people are also very good. Since the bathrooms are directly adjacent to the sleeping area (two bedrooms with double beds), two couples can also book. The living-dining-kitchen area on the ground floor with an open fireplace is pleasantly large and has a very nice panoramic window with sea views. The pool is nice in the sun and therefore nice and warm. We had measured between 24 and 26 degrees. The terrace is nicely covered and there is a very good parasol for the loungers. The balcony from one bedroom invites you to end the day comfortably, especially in the evening - sea view included. The outdoor grill is also very good, placed a little offset from the house and under a tree that still provides shade at midday. The outdoor area is great with a very nice view of the sea. Shopping facilities are a few minutes drive away and everything you really need is available Lidl, Konzum, Plonine..., but also local markets. The kitchen equipment is efficient and sufficient for standard applications. We didn't miss anything. The internet connection could be a bit better. At times nothing worked at all and the speed is not exactly great, but you can get over that on vacation. If we weren't migratory birds and going somewhere else every year, this is the place to definitely come back to, and we probably will too. The landlord is great, speaks several languages including German and is very helpful and at the same time pleasantly reserved. You really are only for yourself. Super storage space for the bikes on the side of the house. Cycling, however, rather with e-bikes. All in all the best we've had in all these years. Worth a real recommendation!

The house corresponded well to the description. The equipment is even better than you could expect (cutlery, etc.). A clean, lovely house with a good view.
