Very nice house and garden. Everything was very clean. The owner is very nice and helpful. She speaks German very well. The garden with the newly built pool is fantastic. The view of Labin is magnificent. The location is very quiet. You hardly hear the street.

We were very satisfied. The landlady is very attentive and nice and speaks fluent German. The large garden is laid out with love. It was blooming beautifully when we were there. Birds sang, even the nightingale was often heard. The location is very quiet and with a great view of the old town of Labin.

Great, clean and spacious house. The upper floor is not inhabited. The rooms are clean and spacious. We were a total of 7 people. 4 adults and 3 children. We had enough space. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. In the kitchen everything is there what you need. Bathroom is clean. The area is beautiful. It is about 3 km to the beach in Rabac. The landlords are very warm, friendly and very helpful. Excellent knowledge of German. It was a great vacation!

House is very spacious, we enjoyed the well-functioning air conditioning. From the large garden you have a fantastically beautiful view of the old town of Labin. You definitely need a car. With this you can reach Labin in about 3 kilometers (many shops, very beautiful old town, eating out) and also about 3 kilometers away the beautiful bathing opportunities in Rabac (we chose the mostly rocky section because there was.)

The apartment and the garden are very beautiful. Great view of the old town of Labin, which is on a hill opposite. Quiet residential area. The equipment is good and we felt very comfortable there as a family of four. The landlords are very nice, helpful and friendly. You speak very good German. Shops are within easy reach by car.
