The house itself is very beautiful and is in a relatively quiet location with a great view. The pool is great, the kids had a lot of fun. The house urgently needs to be renovated! A lot of things are worn/broken, the dishwasher was broken for 14 days. The vacuum cleaner doesn't really work either, the sink in the kitchen is leaking. Some of the bathrooms are moldy and dirty. Really disappointing for the price and 4 stars. With a bit of care and work, all of this could be fixed.

Villa Marevista is a great place to spend a holiday in Istrie. Situated on the sunny side you'll have a great view over the Adriatic sea. The Villa itself has everything to ensure a pleasant stay. A pooltable, table football, ping pong and off course a suburb swimming pool whitch lights up at night. Brovinje is a good place to start wonderinf the shores of Istrie. The house is clean and the owner Elvis Dobric an easy going pleasant renter. Would I even come back here? For sure!!

We absolutely loved it. Room layout great, withdrawal is also possible for 2 families. We were there with 4 adults and 5 children. The house has everything you need and more. Billiards, table tennis, darts, the kids learned a lot. Fantastic view, location far away from mass tourism. But you can get anywhere with a little driving time. Our tip the pass road to the beach in Ravni. Only for experienced drivers with a good car☺️.

We had the house in the off-season. 3 pairs. Nice property with good views. We had 2 dogs with us. Hassle free. Friendly problem-free landlord.

We received a friendly welcome and a homemade apple pie was ready for us. The location is lovely, very quiet and very clean. Since we cooked ourselves, a couple of good frying pans or sharp knives would have made our luck even better. Some of the restaurants in the vicinity were closed because we were traveling outside of the holiday season. In Labin, however, there were still plenty of opportunities to eat well. We can really recommend this house.

The accommodation was found on site as it was described on the internet. The landlord was very friendly and all formalities were handled without any problems. The only downside was the connection to the sea, since the specified beach is not a very nice one, because there is a quarry with adjacent industry nearby. You have to drive about 20 minutes to get food, but that wasn't a big problem for us. All in all it was a very nice holiday.

We were greeted by the mother of our local host with a freshly baked apple pie and the next day by the host himself with a bottle of home-grown red wine. The hosts live right next door (about 50m away), if you have a request, you take care of it immediately. What we particularly liked was the cleanliness, the kitchen has all the appliances, the Lidl is in the next town (Labin) less than 15 km away, we relaxed well and would love to come back!
