We enjoyed our visit in this beautiful villa and felt really welcomed by the host. Trainstation was close by so it was easy to make a day trip to Pisa and Florence. Especially the kids loved the pool.

Always beautiful! Were there for the fourth time. The house is easy to reach. Just a few km from the highway. Also very practical: the train connection from San Miniato z. B. to Florence. The spacious house is really old Tuscan, rustic, simply furnished, very comfortable - but everything you need is there. The welcome was warm and the landlord is very accommodating. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful and spacious holiday home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Only drawback: no toilet on the ground floor. Fully fenced garden with a pergola with space for more than 10 people, and a swimming pool of 8x4mx90cm. Property easily accessible (only 3km from the Firenze-Livorno motorway) but located on a road with regular heavy traffic. Excellent and friendly welcome on site.
