Very well-kept little holiday home with an almost botanical garden, olive trees, lemon trees and palm trees. The house has everything you need. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. Parking on the property and everything is on the ground floor. Also suitable for guests who can't walk so well or climb stairs. It's less than 5 minutes to the sea by car. Everything can be easily reached in one day, including Pisa, La Spezia and Florence. Shopping at Lidl around the corner and very good restaurants by the sea.

Very nice, clean and well-kept house on just as well-kept property. The house is in a residential area with the usual background noise for Italy, which didn't bother us in any way. We were now for the 3rd time there and will definitely be back. Within walking distance of shops and supermarket (Conad) around the corner. You are quickly in the city center and at the sea or in the mountains. Friendly and helpful landlord.

The holiday home is located in a very well-kept complex in a quiet location.

There were no complaints, the landlord was very helpful and the house is well equipped. A small flaw are the blankets in the bedroom because it is quite cool at this time of year, they are too thin.

The house is a wonderful domicile. It has the Mediterranean touch. The property is large, very well maintained. Every morning the landlord's father came to look after the property, but nobody noticed him. The kitchen is well equipped, TV with German channels .Parking on the property under a carport, the landlord only speaks Italian, but no problem. The barking dogs in the neighborhood are sometimes annoying, but tolerable. Electricity for 13 days, €35 We'll be back, super nice stay,

We liked it very much!

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The dogs barking was a bit annoying. The inventory was ok. The additional costs to be paid for a week are very high. The landlord charged us €78. The final cleaning cost 20€ extra and the electricity costs of over 30€ were incomprehensible because we were out all day. The washing machine and the TV didn't work at all, the dishwasher only twice. We will look for another place to stay next time!
