Very nice holiday home. Central location. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach by car, 45 minutes on foot. The bus runs twice an hour. What is particularly nice is the very good facilities of the apartment and the beautiful flower terrace. The landlady is uncomplicated and helps with problems and requests immediately. We didn't miss anything. Thank you very much for the great time

First I would like to say that the shortcomings written in some reviews, such as the bamboo roof or the missing grill, have been fixed. A small grill is available and the terrace has been properly covered. Otherwise it was a great vacation, in a wonderful house. The area is great and there is something for everyone, whether hiking, beach vacation or city trip. We were there with a dog and that wasn't a problem either.

The cottage was detached next to the owner's house. Lots of privacy. A small patio garden, but spacious enough. Everything present and very good 5G internet. Owner always available for questions. Well located on a quiet street in an urban area. Walking distance to Massa (1 km.) Motorway close by, making good base for Pisa, Lucca, Cinque Terre and Florence. All amenities within walking distance. Several bakeries, supermarkets and takeaway pizzerias.
