Very beautiful house, which suffers greatly from a certain lack of maintenance: missing or random colored light bulbs; deckchair mattresses to be disposed of; bathroom tools to review; no barbecue grills, etc… Nothing serious, but a lack of gratuitous attention… Warning: forget the 2 magnificent trees which embellish the 2 terraces, because they were cut cleanly.. We had already stayed here, and without the 2 trees the house no longer really has any interest. Damage

The house and the surroundings are very beautiful. However, there is a problem with the sewage, which means that the bathrooms in the house smelled bad. It was only bearable with the bathroom doors closed and the windows open. In addition, the house is gradually falling apart due to a lack of maintenance: - plaster is peeling off, screws are sometimes coming loose, bathroom fittings are coming off the wall, tiles are cracked, windows rattle in the wind, ... But overall we had a lovely holiday

HAD TWO minor problem reports were dealt with immediately. Inquiries or complaints are responded to immediately. Equipment Inventory a bit poor Crockery: cups, plates, etc. Environment / house eg tiles around the house, facade, also in the house a renovation could not hurt. On the whole, however, it is beautiful, especially the surroundings.

Truly spectacular location, the house respects the characteristics of the catalog. We also got along well with the people responsible for guarding. We are fully satisfied.

Brunello is a nice Villa, it's the second time we rent it. However we found some new bad aspects mostly related to the poor maintenance. Nothing dramatic but this lovely place would deserve much more attention to the details (eg: old and dirty outside pillows, baseboards broken, old toilet cover, old oven, old sofa pillows...) in a nutshell, a great potential not valued enough. It would take a little effort to make it the perfect place for a family that want to enjoy the beauty of Portobello.
