A very positive first impact, beautiful structure, beautiful swimming pool and roof with panoramic views. Which was followed by a series of non-negligible problems: - Air conditioning leaking (flooding a room) - internal walls with signs of humidity; - damaged furniture - bathroom with small boiler in proportion to the number of guests and non-functioning equipment; - entrance door with cracked glass;

The villa is beautifully located and Costa Paradiso is a lovely place. The room layout of the villa makes sense. Only the kitchen appliances and kitchen equipment could still be improved.

We had no warm water. Was complained about several times during the week at the reception. There was no solution (despite friendly craftsmen). On arrival the following condition: kettle leaking. Cutlery broken and insufficient for 9 people. No drinking glasses. After a complaint, a 6-pack of champagne glasses was delivered. Dishwasher door had to be held with your foot, otherwise it would collapse immediately. Incredibly bad facilities. Gas smell when using gas stove, then fixed.

Splendid setting, villas perched in the rocks, magnificent view. Preserved site, quality construction, we really liked it. A few missing door handles, a kettle to be replaced as it was broken on our arrival. Provide an iron and an ironing board, as well as bowls. Otherwise, really great. Give an access plan to turn right immediately after the guard's barrier at the entrance.

Apartment in accordance with the reservation. + the swimming pool and the view - no wine glass in quantity for a group. cigarette butts around the House and on the roof.

The house is beautifully situated. The silence is the perfect place to relax. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and dirty

beautiful villa, nice staff. but too expensive for the location, high additional costs. the car is necessary for all routes. unexpectedly in the middle of a huge resort.

Were there with 6 adults in June 2019. House is beautifully situated as described 2.5 km from the sea. Found the house clean, except for a few ants in the house and a big road on the terrace, everything ok. But were fought immediately after complaint. The kitchen equipment was quite poor. For a 10-person house, there were far too few dishes/cups/glasses etc. available. Cleaning agents such as brooms, etc. also not available. Pool is a good size and clean.
