We suspected it given the comments but unfortunately no good surprise. The accommodation is not clean, there were 4 of us, fortunately because a lot of things are missing (only 6 knives, 7 glasses...) It is not clean at all. No light in the swimming pool and the upper terrace, broken kettle, dishwasher door missing... We contacted reception every day but nothing was fixed, they are neither friendly nor efficient. Too bad because it is a great place.

Unfortunately, when we arrived on Sunday, the mattress was missing from one of the rooms. After complaining to reception, we were told that a replacement would arrive the next day. The person could sleep on the couch in the living/kitchen area for one night. We were annoyed that we only found out about this after we complained. The mattress was there the next day. The kitchen was not adequately equipped (e.g. 4 knives for 5 people). Mediocre service at reception with lots of discussions.

The kitchen equipment was poor. Cutlery was missing (only 2 knives and 3 spoons for 5 people), no frying pan, no coffee maker, no coffee pot, only 2 coffee cups for 5 people, no toaster, kettle broken on the 7th day, too few glasses

Were satisfied overall. Had however 2 x problems with sanitary water supply!
